The Todd Family is associated with the Blair/Taylor Families with the marriage of Perrilla Todd to Isaac Leap. They were the parents of William David Leap, Great Grandfather of Marjorie Taylor Blair.

Generation 1

Cornelius Todd 1   was born 1746 and died 1789; married Hannah Unknown.  (This is according to the Todd family Bible.)

Children of Cornelius and Hannah Todd:

  1. William Todd, b. 1775.

  2. John Todd,  b. 1779.

  3. Henry Todd b. 1783.

  4. John II Todd b. 1782.

  5. Peter Todd b. 1784.

  6. James Todd b. 1786 and died 1868.

Generation 2

James Todd 2  (Cornelius1) b. 1786 and died 1868; he married Mary Irvine.

Children of James and Mary (Irvine) Todd:

  1. Perrilla Todd b. 1812.

  2. Harriet Todd married Henry Banta.

  3. Matilda Todd she married Amos Gilbert Jr.

  4. Rosanna Todd b. 1 August 1827 in Vevay, Indiana; she married John Peters he died 9 August 1890.

  5. William Todd

  7. Henry Todd married Josephine Tardy.

Generation 3

 Perrilla  "Philander" Todd 3  (James2, Cornelius1) born about 1812,  she married  Isaac Leap 2 before 1837.  They are the Great Grandparents of Marjorie Taylor Blair.
